Vintage Ear Pendant Earrings Platinum Peridot Diamond w Appraisal (5776)

Vintage Retro era earrings / ear pendants. Platinum diamonds and peridot. Made circa 1950. Bought in London.

Measurements: total length is approximately 43mm - a little under 1 3/4 inches. Weigh 13.6 grams. Approximately 2.55 ct diamonds. Approximately 4.85 ct peridot.

A line of baguette cut diamonds alternating with round diamonds, extends down from the ear lobe to a large drop. The diamonds are set in platinum and the line is articulated, allowing it to bend and sway as the wearer moves. The drop is a large oval peridot, Colette set. Surrounded by a band of pave set diamonds. The earrings are extremely well made and stunning in appearance. Posts.

Marks: none on the earrings. Butterflies are hallmarked.
