Vintage Retro earrings. 14k yellow gold and turquoise. Made circa 1940 - 1960.

Measurements: Just under 1 inch long (2.5cm). Weigh 5.1 grams.

Description: Very pretty earrings swing from loops attached to textured gold globes. Each earring is composed of 3 modeled flowers with curly edges. In the depths of the center of each flower is a cabochon turquoise. Another 3 turquoise separate the flowers. The combination of yellow gold and the blue of the turquoise is highly attractive and the overall look is lovely and bright and has the additional attraction of swaying as the wearer moves. Posts.

Marks: No marks were found, but gold was acid tested to ensure metal purity.

Condition: good with minor wear commensurate with age. One turquoise stone appears to be a replacement and as is almost always the case, some of the turquoise has become more green over the years. Please see enlarged pictures and don't hesitate to ask questions which we will do our best to answer.
