Ring set with large tanzanite that looks like a sapphire and diamonds. Made late 20th century. Comes with GIA Certification.

Measurements: tanzanite measures 10.70 X 9.15 X 5.75. Ring is US size 5.5. Ruler in 'photos in inches. Weighs 5.2grams. Can be resized. Cushion shaped tanzanite in a violet blue that looks like a fabulous sapphire. Step cut. Surrounded on the shoulders by a trio of diamonds, which the GIA call near colorless round brilliant cuts. Set in 14k yellow gold, with curving openwork arms in which the gemstones nestle. The ring looks fantastic on the finger and makes a wonderful engagement or wedding ring.

Marks: none. Acid tested.

Condition: good with negligible wear commensurate with age. Comes with GIA certificate.
