Cartier ring 18k gold emeralds pink gem French signed Unisex wedding band (7514)

Vintage Cartier ring.  18k yellow gold carved pink quartz and emerald cabochons. Made in France. 1991. Unisex - suitable for a man or a woman. 
 

Measurements:

Weight is 12.1 grams.  US size 7.5.  

Description :

Similar to a gypsy ring except that the gems extend from the plain of the gold. Perfect as a ring to wear every day and as a wedding band. 
Very solid gold band, broadening towards the bezel and rounding in a full, rich, half tube that raises the ring above the level of the finger without making it obtrusive.
The center is a great pink, carved, gadrooned rose quartz (see appraisal). Beautiful tone of pink, clear and bright. On either side is a small cabochon emerald.  Striking color combination. 

Marks and Metal:

 Fully hallmarked for Cartier Paris. Inside of shank has the following marks: Cartier 750 (for 18k gold) 54 (French size for USA size 7) 1991 (the year) 92 6283 (model number).
Outside of shank has eagle head mark for French 18k gold, made in Paris and a slightly illegible mark that is probably the maker's lozenge mark. 
     

Condition:
