Antique Vintage Retro ring. Yellow and white gold, natural blue topaz, diamonds. Made circa 1940. Exact origin not known. Measurements: Weight is 3.7 grams. US size 4.75 - can be resized by new owner. Natural topaz 6.75ct Description : Stunning ring in a strong, Art Deco geometric design. Shoulders consist of tapering steps of yellow and white gold, highlighted with diamonds in a zig-zag millegrain mount. In order to show diamonds off to best effect, they are set in white gold. The alternative steps of white and yellow adding to the strong contrasts and design. The center is a wonderful bright Cornflower blue topaz - looks like a high quality aquamarine, step cut. Clear and shining. Looks gorgeous on the finger and highly versatile - can be worn by anyone: young / old; man / woman; smart / casual. Great, Timeless quality workmanship, design and materials. Marks and Metal: No marks. Gold was acid tested and stays for 14k. Condition: Good with minor wear commensurate with age.
