Gold loops connect to a dangling locket of gold, set with a cabochon garnet. Tiny working hinge. Put a miniature picture or a locket of hair inside.
The ring is charming and a delight to wear. Absolute fun. Can be worn by a man or a woman, young or old.
During the late 19th century, there was a revival of interest in Celtic traditions and Celtic knots became very popular in the United Kingdom especially in the Arts & Crafts movement such as Archibald Knox and Liberty & Co. Also known as Lover's knots or Marriage knots, these rings are highly sought after today. Pure fun and very special.
