Antique Victorian Jewelry Trinket Box Sterling Silver Mother of Pearl Pansy (715)

Antique Kidney shaped sterling silver jewelry / trinket box with inlaid mother-of-pearl pansy. Made Birmingham, England, 1909 by FHA LD.

 Measures 3 1/8" across.
Stands on 4 paw feet. Hinged lid is inlaid with magnificent silver-tube-lined pansy in mother of pearl. Purple silk lined interior.

Hallmarks underneath include maker (FHA LD), anchor, lion and 'k'. On lid are sterling mark and date letter.

General condition good. Silk lining naturally worn on bottom, negligible dings. Hinge in great shape.
