Antique Victorian Earrings 9ct Gold Citrine Ear Pendants (6750)

Antique Victorian earrings ear pendants. 9ct Gold and citrines. Made in England circa 1880's.  
Measurements: Weight is 4.4 grams. Length, excluding wires is a little over 1 1/4inches (3.5cm). 
Description : A horseshoe shape, tapering towards the top and full and wide at the bottom, encloses an oval collette containing a lovely rich golden citrine. Enclosed above by a pair of naturalistically modelled leaves. Beneath, a tiny loop suspends a long, pointed drop that swings independantly of the earring, which also sways as the wearer moves. Highly wearable and versatile earrings that will suit everyone. 
Marks and Metal: No marks, as is to be expected of jewelry from this period. Gold was acid tested. 
Condition: Good with minor wear commensurate with age. Minor dings in gold at the back do not detract from appearance when worn. Wires are clearly replacements. Please see enlarged pictures and don't hesitate to ask questions which we will do our best to answer.
